"I have been a State Farm customer for over 35 years. I was recently notified that I’m being dropped as a customer based on my number of claims. I was never notified of a threshold risk in addition to not knowing a homeowners claim (approved or denied) is a major negative to your status with State Farm. This most recent homeowners claim was denied btw. If this agency would have notified me of this risk regarding my claims…I would have easily paid out of pocket costs for my claims. I couldn’t be more displeased with this agency and their lack of guidance through this experience. In fact…I asked to talk to Frank Steward about my circumstance and he never called me back. I would not recommend this agency. It was in your hands to call me back. No excuse for not following up."

"Our previous State Farm agent Wendy Peterson retired and we were transferred to Frank Steward. I decided to take this transition to shop the competition which I did. There were a few companies that were less money. I also met with Frank. Local guy, very professional and friendly. I felt bad because shortly after switching to his office I had windshield damage and then for first time ever hail damage to both our cars! But here’s to me the main thing. Each time we’ve had to file a claim State Farm makes it easy, painless and a real breeze. The windshield and hail damage were no exception. Would other companies do as well? Maybe but we’ve had experience with another company when a guy hit my wife’s parked car, left his insurance information and we had to deal with his company. Finally had the work done but it wasn’t an easy process. Long review but I hope it’s helpful. I’m no longer shopping."
