Frank Steward has worked as a flight attendant with two major international carriers during the past thirteen years. He has flown over five million miles, encountered over a half a million passengers, endured over a thousand different delays and cancellations, argued with over five hundred frequent flyers, flown to approximately a hundred countries, probably offended over a dozen cultures, and has more than a few pieces of advice and stories to pass on to the traveling public. He lives in the U.S. with his wife Martha, where they both work for a major international carrier. Martha now flies as a pilot but is able to get her own coffee.
